Registration takes place on Monday morning from 9:15-9:45am in the Foyer of the Physics Building on the University Campus. The registration desk will be open throughout the conference if you are not able to register within this initial period. A representative will be on hand to deal with any enquiries.

Breakfast: For delegates staying at Opal Court breakfast will be served in the Coffee Shop on the ground floor of the Charles Wilson Building on Campus. For those with accommodation on Sunday 16th August, tickets for Monday morning breakfast will be provided on booking into Opal Court. Tickets for subsequent days will be in the registration packs.
Lunch: Registered delegates will receive tickets for lunch in their conference packs.
Dinner: A list of nearby restaurants is included in the conference booklet.
Refreshments: Delegates are welcome to help themselves to drinks in the foyer at any time. There is a snack dispenser on the first floor.

Conference Rates:
Early registration fee (by 29 May): £140 (EPS and GIREP members), £160 (non members)
Late registration fee (after 29 May): £200 (no consessions)
Participants registering before 19 July 2009 will receive a full conference pack on arrival.
